The  PeM  Planularizer  650DS  is  an  upgraded  version  of  the single-sided  Pola e  Massa  planarization  machine, designed for deburring, cleaning, and surface treatment of panels. It is widely used  in various  processes,  including  post-via-fill  treatment, without causing via ovalization. This state-of-the-art equipment is developed to accommodate a wide range of requirements.

The system features an infeed conveyor equipped with a thickness reader that automatically adjusts the brush position, along with a positioning device. Panels are transported through the machine via a conveying system, where they  undergo  uniform double - sided treatment by four independently controlled vibrating rotary brushes on each side. This design compensates for panel surface unevenness and prevents oval-shaped holes. The machine is built with a vibration-free metal frame structure and offers a selection of improved  brush types to  meet different surface  roughness requirements. It also supports automatic brush changing, making it suitable for processes such as planar surface cleaning.
