Feature Overview

This device is an inline PCB thickness detection equipment. When the  PCB  is  conveyed  into the  machine via  rollers, the board is lifted to separate it from the transport surface (preventing surface scratches), and the mechanism performs a centering action. The centered board then passes through the  thickness  sensing  area  for  upper  and  lower  data collection. The collected data is analyzed  by a computer to determine the current thickness of the board. It can be paired with good/bad product sorting machines and printers for use.
