This equipment is aresin supply system specifically designed for plugging machine. In the PCB plugging process, resin needs to be filled into the board vias.Traditional resin supply systems with smaller capacity require frequent shutdowns for resin replacement and replenishment, resulting in lower production efficiency.
This resin supply system increases the resin capacity and adopts a dual-station free-switching design to achieve uninterrupted resin replacement,thereby improving production efficiency. Meanwhile, operators don't need to release the vacuum pressure in the vacuum LCS system. This operation not only reduces the risk of air entering the resin, ensuring resin quality, but also simplifies the operation process,further enhancing production efficiency.
