The equipment is a resin supply system designed for use with plugging machine.During the PCB plugging process,resin is
filled into the board vias.Conventional resin supply systems have relatively smallcapacity, requiring frequent resin
replacement and replenishment during operation,resulting in low production efficiency.
This resin supply system features increased capacity and incorporates an innovative triple-function station free-switching mechanism to enable continuous operation without downtime. Operators simply pour resin into the external collection bucket,which contains a filter screen to remove impurities from the resin.During operation,there is no need to release the vacuum pressure in the LCS.Thisoperational method reduces the risk of air entering the resin,thereby ensuring stable resin quality while simultaneously simplifying operator procedures and improving production efficiency.
